Worldwide localized shipping

Our printing partner Gelato enjoys a vast network of production partners spread throughout the world. Canvas prints are produced in 20 different countries spread out over 6 continents:

  • Europe: Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom.
  • The Americas: Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the United States
  • Worldwide: Australia, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates.

This diffuse network ensures that shipping times and carbon emissions are reduced while local businesses are supported.

Tracking

You will receive an expected delivery time and tracking code when you place an order. Do note that the estimated delivery time may differ from the actual delivery time. We strive to bring you real-time tracking updates, but that is not always feasible.

Shipping Times

Due to the great variety of locations we ship to, we cannot give an accurate estimation for shipping times. Generally, it should take between 2-10 work days. You should check your tracking link for the latest information.

Returns of Refunds

As we provide you with items that are produced on demand for your order, we do not support returns or refunds except for when something went wrong with the production or shipping of the order. Such cases are:

  • Damaged or low quality product:

If you have received your order and there is a problem with the quality of it, do get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item so that we can come to a solution. For instance, the order is broken, poorly printed, damaged in shipment, or lacks a mounting system. If the quality assurance team validates the claim, we will send you a replacement order or give you a refund.

  • Lost orders:

If your package gets lost in transit and never ends up arriving, do get in touch with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery time. We will send you a replacement order or give you a refund. This does not apply when the order has been marked as “delivered” as we cannot verify non-delivery in that case. We do ask of you to reach out to the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the order before reaching out to us.

Timeframe

Refunds can be expected to arrive within 10 working days after being issued.

Replacement orders will be issued as soon as the reason for them has been verified.

    A strong cardboard box prevents any damage during transport.

  • Internal Protection

    The canvas is wrapped in paper or bubble wrap for further protection.

  • Mounting Kit Included

    Even comes with wooden wedges to tighten the canvas if it ever sags.
